You have 7 days from the date of receiving any item purchased from Hermosa Wear to return defective items or exchange products for a different size.

• If you receive an item that is defective, you may return it within the 7-day period for a full refund or an exchange.

• The item must be returned in the condition it was received, with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.

2. Size Exchange:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so within the 7-day period.

• The item to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

• Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Approval:

• Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and inform you about the approval status of your return or exchange.

3. Shipping:

• If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost.
