USAGE : Cold Bag - Fill bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, crushed ice or ice cubes.Fit the cap back onto the opening. Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.Hold the ice bag by the ring and apply to desired area. Hot Bag - Fill bag two-thirds full with hot water (around 60-80 celcius) and fit the cap back onto the opening. Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly.Hold the hot bag by the cap and apply to desired area. (Wrap with a towel if it feels too hot)
