According to the manufacturer, it is unavoidable due to raw materials used such as aluminium (soft material). However, this will not affect the quality of the product as well as your baking progress and outcome. It is very suitable for cake baking.
The product is 100% made of aluminium. Since it is a soft metal, we cannot guarantee that the aluminium mould will not be scratched or dented during delivery. We highly discourage product returns/refund. However, we will provide the best packaging service to protect the aluminium mould, thereby minimizing accidents. If the product is damaged during delivery, we will do our best to assist you in claiming from the courier service.
