•Pork leg 1 pcs
•Ginger 500 g (smashed)
•Plain water 600 ml
•Black vinegar 1 bottle
Preparation:
1) Scald Pork Leg meat in boiling water to remove scum, rinse with cold water and drain.
2) Put all the ingredients in pot, bring, turn low heat and simmer until meat tender. (No need add any seasoning.)
