About the Rope Bracelets:

1. Rope bracelets come at the fixed sizes of 16cm, 17cm and 18cm only. To request for specific size, kindly remark in the “message” section during checkout.

2. To determine the correct bracelet's size, please place the measuring tape around your wrist. You can add 1cm-2cm to your wrist measurement for you to wear the rope bracelet with a charm comfortably.

3. All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Hence, please ensure you have chosen the right colour and size before placing the order.

4. Rope bracelets should be kept away from any liquids to maintain their quality and durability.

Exchange for Purchased Rope Bracelet(s):

1. If there is manufacturing defect found, the exchange request has to be made within 3 days counting from item receiving date.

2. Any late requests after 3 days of receiving date or other exchange reasons will not be entertained.

3. Exchange will be arranged at your preferred Tomei’s showroom, 10 days of pre-arrangement is required.

4. You may need to choose another rope bracelet's colour if the colour of the rope bracelet you have previously purchased has been sold out.
