Using Method:
1. Stand with legs apart, right elbow bent, left hand bent spring, then left elbow bent, right hand bent spring.
2. Straighten your arms and bend the springs, then gradually relax. Repeat several times.
3. Bend the springs forward and gradually relax the arms.
4. Bend your body downward and bend your arms with springs.
5. With your arms behind you, hold the spring tightly and then straighten and gradually bend the spring.
Friendly Tips:
1. Please check whether all parts of the arm brace are stable and not loose before use.
2. Please select the appropriate strength level of the arm to avoid muscle strain.
3. When using, the safety belt on the handle of the armband should be put on the wrist.
