COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
•Mix 1 cup of KLFC Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Flour with 1 cup of water and mix well.
•Add chicken or seafood pieces into batter and marinate for 30 minutes.
•Coat again the chicken or seafood pieces with KLFC Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Flour.
•Deep fry the chicken or seafood pieces in hot oil (150°C - 170°C) until cooked golden brown or well cooked.

Wheat Flour, Food Starch, Salt, Mixed Spice, Rice Flour, Chicken Stock, Garlic Powder, Soy Protein and Oleoresin (Capsicum and Paprika). Contains Monosodium 5’-Guanylate as Permitted Flavour Enhancers. Contains Thickening Agent and Leavening Agents (Sodium Aluminium Phosphate and Sodium Bicarbonate) as Permitted Food Conditioners.
