Ideal for wrought iron, metal, cement, wood, paper, plastic surfaces.

Direction to use:

Apply a base coat of matt black or grey enamel paint and leave it dry thoroughly. Then apply small patches of Nagoya paint over the surface slightly. For final coating, apply layer of clear coat for better result.
