RUBBERWOOD also known as SOLID WOOD, PARAWOOD which comes from the tree that produces latex. Rubber wood is the hardwood which is made into furniture, kitchen appliances, home improvements and cutting board. We supply Finger Joint Rubber Wood which used to join short pieces of wood together to form units of greater length.

SANDING

Sanding is the process of smoothing the surface of board with sandpaper to remove the imperfections of WOOD surface

VARNISHING

Varnishing is the final step in the production process that offers wood surfaces excellent qualities such as greater appearance and water resistance and other environmental factors. Vanishing may also make it easier to clean and disinfect wood by sealing pores that can be bacteria breeding places.

We apply which MATTE FINISHING is suitable for people to control their mouse. Varnishing service will be applied for the upper part which also includes the edge of board. Sanding services will be provided before varnishing to make sure the surface of the board is smooth.

NATURAL VARNISHING

The natural colour matches light oak in appearance. If you are lover of natural colour of woods, this is the finest colour for you

WALNUT VARNISHING

Walnut colour is a dark brown in color. If you are a lover of dark colour, it is the finest colour for you.

NOTES!!!

The price provided for sanding and varnishing is ONLY done for the TOP & EDGE SIDE ,which means top and edge. However, we will apply shellac at the bottom part of the board for varnishing services to make sure the board is water resistant for long term use. The shellac would be transparent in colour.

You may contact us if you prefer varnishing for the upper part and bottom part, we will do it based on your request. However, there is additional cost for varnishing services for the bottom part.

~ The size might be different 1cm-3cm due to manual measurements

~ Each board may vary slightly in wood grain pattern

~ Slight warping is normal and expected due to variation in humidity and temperature levels, you are advised to screw the table top together with table frame to avoid warping.
