Corn Flakes Azim Bakery

Ingredients A

150G plain flour

75G corn flour

50G custard powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

Ingredients B

===========

100G corn flakes, coursley crushed

60G almond powder

200G butter

120G icing sugar

1 Egg

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 egg, slightly beaten, sliced almond

 

Method:

=======

Sift together ingredients A, mix in corn flakes and almond powder: set aside.

Cream Butter, Icing Sugar, Egg & Vanilla Essence until well mixed. Fold in flour mixture & mix well to form a soft dough.

Roll dough into 1 cm thickness. Using a cooking cutter, cut a dough into your desired shape.

Place on a lightly greased baking tray.

Glaze cookies with beaten egg and decorate sliced almonds on top of the cookies.

Baked in preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or until lightly

 

Decoration:

Melt white chocolate

Add one drop of your preferred color

Stir the color and whote chocolate until well mixed

Using piping bag, draw your preferred pattern on top of the freshly baked biscuits
