1. Masukkan biji ke dalam segelas air hangat.Setelah direndam pada hari pertama.

2. Gantikan terus air rendaman tiap2 hari sekalipun biji sudah berkecambah.Benih akan mulai tumbuh sekitar 5-6 hari setelah direndam,kena tunggu beberapa hari lagi sampai tunasnya tumbuh setinggi 15 cm sebelum memindahkannya.
