Green's Carmelle is a classic British dessert mix that allows you to prepare a smooth and creamy vanilla-flavoured pudding with a rich caramel syrup. It is suitable for vegetarians and is a popular choice for both everyday desserts and special occasions.
It is reminiscent of crème caramel and is an easy choice for those who want a quick yet indulgent meal.
Once prepared, it becomes a light, silky custard with a glossy caramel layer on top, a texture and flavour similar to traditional French crème caramel.

DESSERT MIX: Sugar, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan: Stabilizers: E339 (i), E450: Color: Annatto, Curcumin (Milk): Flavours.
SYRUP: Sugar, Colour: E150d (Sulfite), E150c: Flavours.
