Usage:

For Aromatherapy :

You can directly inhale the scent straight from the bottle or can be added into your diffuser. When diffusing essential oils in the air, take note of pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or pets in your environment as it might not be suitable for them.

You can also use the steam method with a bowl of hot steaming water and a towel. Place a towel over your head and the bowl. Close your eyes and inhale the steam for few minutes.

A few drops can be added to a dry material such as cotton ball or fabric to disperse the scent naturally.

For Skin Care :

You can use essential oils for skincare and massage in a variety of ways. Remember to always dilute the essential oils with a carrier oil and do a patch test on your wrist to look out for potential skin allergies.
