Direction For Use:

Two factors are to be considered that a degree of corrosion products and the speed of removal required. The higher dilution is satisfactory for light rust and scale removal while lower dilution should be used for heavy rust and scale deposits. It is therefore recommended that A 20% and 30% v/v in water of P-540 is used for light and heavy deposits. The speed of removal increases rapidly with temperature which can range from ambient to 80 deg.C. The immersed components are then treated with repeated water rinsing to remove the excess acid and to provide a clean surface before subsequent processing.
