2. Delivery Installation

- Please chat thru live chat and check on our Service Coverage Location before making your order.

- Select "Seller Own Fleet (West Malaysia)" shipping option at checkout.

- Delivery & installation at our service coverage location is free of charge (FOC).

Terms & Condition:

- We provide service and installation via our own trained technicians.

- Installation includes:

(a) removal of the old car battery in the customer’s car.

(b) the fitment of the new car battery into the customer’s car.

- Installation of the purchased car battery does not guarantee that the car will be able to start. If the car does not start after the installation of a new car battery due to the customer’s self-negligence or malfunctions of other parts of the vehicle, no refund will be made.

- Warranty is only offered when the battery is deemed defective. Warranty does not include human mistakes (forgot to switch off lights, the car is not driven for too long) and any other external factor that causes the battery to be discharged (current leak, weak alternator, etc.).

- If unsure of the car battery size/model that is suitable for your car, or any other enquiries, please reach out to us via chat for clarification.

- We reserve the right to reject any order if it is deem forged, redeemed, or expired.
