2. For every purchase between 9am to 4pm (Monday to Saturday), our customer service will contact you and arrange for SAME DAY delivery and installation.

4. Our covered area: Klang Valley, Kajang, Puchong, Dengkil and Seri Kembangan. Outstation order and pos battery are only available with courier shipping service & NO Trade In Old Battery for Outstation Orders.

5. You will be informed to cancel the order if the location provided is not under the covered area.

6. Free delivery with installation at the provided location or walk in services to our retailers are available.

7. Our customer service will contact you to arrange for delivery & installation once the order is confirmed.

8. The warranty period of the battery will be computed as the warranty period of the original battery purchased or date of purchase, or you may buzz us for the details of warranty limitations.

9. There will be a service fee between RM15 to RM20 (the price differs according to location) for battery warranty claim with door to door service, or visit our retailer which the nearest to you to check or claim the battery for free. You may buzz us for the location of the retailer near you.
