•SamView Digital LED TV comes with a 2 feet elegant stand design and VESA Wall Mount support. It also comes with a Glass Frame to prevent the child accidentally break the led panel, and indirectly protect a clean surface of the LED TV. With an automatic energy saving features, it will even safe power with a handy setting that turns off the TV when idle stage.

•Buyers may only request for return and refund in the following circumstances:

•The item has not been recived by the buyer;

•The item was defectuve and/or damaged upon delivery;

•The buyer received an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, colour, etc.).

•Buyers have to ensure that the returned item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all items such as styrofoam, remote control, warranty card etc.

•Standard warranty period is 1 year starting from the order date. Our warranty only covers the original factory defects. If the item shows original factory defects (e.g., lines, dots, etc.) within the warranty period, the buyer can ship the item back to us for repair. We will charge a certain amount of repair fees if the item is misused or damaged by an external factor (e.g., lightning strike, external force impact, etc.).

•For warranty claims, the buyer has to make sure the item was in original packaging and covered by insurance upon delivery. The buyer has to file a claim with the courier company if the item was damaged upon delivery.
