•Boil. Rinse the rice packets, then boil them with water covering rice packets for 60- 90 minutes while turning them over and over. * (The rice packets can expand up to 4 times the original size.) You may add water during intervals to ensure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
•Dice. Drain the rice packets when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
•Serve. Ideal for serving with satay, lontong, soto and rendang.
