•Preparing Method
•Required Material
•- Soft Beancurd Powder 150g
•- Water 1000ml
•- Soya Milk 2000ml
•- Sugar 50g (can increase according to own preference
•- Add all water, soya milk and sugar into a pot and bring it to boil.
•- Turn off the flame, mix in Soft Beancurd Powder 150g into port and stir until all perfectly mixed.
•- Simmer for 5mins, open the lid and remove excess bubble with a spoon.
•- Pour into container and wait for mixture to cool and set.
•- Place into fridge for few hours to have perfect serve of chilled tau huay.
•You can mix in some pandan water to enchance the flavour of the tau huay
Packaging : 80g
Cooking Method:
•Boil 500ml of water, add 1 tsp sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.
•Turn off the flame. Pour in Soya Bean Curd Premix Powder and stir till dissolve.
•Simmer for 5 mins. Open lid and remove excess bubbles with a spoon.
•Pour into container . Wait for the mixture to cool and set before placing into fridge for a few hours.
