Happy Grass Crystal Jelly Powder Serbuk Kristal Jeli 100g
Ingredients : Sugar, Carrageenan, Citric Acid
Method:
1) Pour 2500ml of plain water and 100gm of sugar into 1 pot. Bring it to boil .
2) Pour 1 packet of Crystal Jelly Powder. Stir till dissolve. Boil for 2 more minutes.
3) Remove from flame. Pour the jelly mix into moulds. Leave to cool and set. Once harden, cut into cubes and serve with honey or caramel syrup.
* Note: Texture of jelly can be changed according to preference. Leave overnight in fridge for better taste.
