Leghiyam JAMU 5 Bottle - Body System Overhaul with 140 Health Benefits
Introducing Leghiyam JAMU, a powerful blend of natural ingredients including Habasstusauda, Black Cumin, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Cardamom and more. This broth is packed with over 140 health benefits that will help overhaul your body system.
Ingredients: Habasstusauda / Black cumin / Fenugreek / Cinnamon / Cardamom / Chia Seeds / Carom Seeds / Molaseses Sugar/ Sesame Oil/ Cumin.
Usage instructions: For the first week take one teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and one teaspoon at night after dinner. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
In the second week take one teaspoon a day either in the morning or at night. If you feel your body is getting too heated then discontinue use for three days and then resume taking it once per day. For those who prefer to take it twice per day you may do so for three days then resume taking it once per day based on your body's suitability.
Please ensure to store this product in a cool place such as the bottom shelf or cheese/butter compartment of your refrigerator to maintain optimal freshness.
Note: This product is not recommended for pregnant women or those undergoing dialysis treatment.
