⚠️How to use:⚠️
This is the way to clean baby's nose when the baby gets rhinitis
1. Before holding your breath, take a deep breath first.
2. While you rinsing your nose, you have to hold your breath and at the same time, say ahh.... Don't breathe during this time because you will be choking.
3. If you do it right, the saline solution will come out of the other side your nose and sometimes out of your mouth too.
4. After rinsing is done, blow your nose and spit out all the remaining solution.
5. Rinsing your nose makes your nose completely clean.
6. What kind of water can use for clean your baby nose the name is Normal saline solution or, 0.9% NaCl. Maybe you can find from pharmacy or asking from doctor too
