1. When keyboards arrived from our suppliers, we made sure to do a round of checking to ensure that all LEDs and Hot Swap sockets are working as intended.

2. Before we ship out our barebone/full built keyboards, we made sure the device is working as intended.

3. Upon receiving the keyboard, we advise the buyer to perform a visual checking of the product on any potential shipping damages. Take pictures and videos to share with us if any is noted.

4. We would advise the buyer to test every sockets before popping the case open for further modifications.

5. Also note that we do not replace/refund on man-inflicted damages.

6. Contact us thru chats if you faced any problems and be patient with the issue and solutions offered as this is a customised product.

7. Lastly, please note that no refunds/returns will be entertained if concerns/issues were raised after 1 week upon receipt of products. Any repair thereafter will be chargeable.

This product is a barebone kit of a complete keyboard, it does not include keycaps or switch. This will not work if you do not install switches and keycaps.
