The premix come along with recipe.
Can be use directly. This premix is easy and fast to use.
Store in dry and cool area. Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Mix all ingredients in the mixer at low speed for 3 minutes.
• Continue mixing at medium speed for 7 minutes.
• Place the dough in a bowl and rest for 1 hour.
• Mix the dough again at medium speed for another 7 minutes.
• Scale the dough to 40gm or 60gm each then round the doughs.
• Rest the scaled doughs for 10 minutes on the table before wrapping them with your desired filling.
• Rest again another 45 minutes then steam it at high heat for 12 minutes.
