tried to shorten the usage of matcha powder just to have a taste of it and definetely need to just use all for better matcha taste. not an extreme matcha fan but this overall was amazing. the nuttiness, umami and mild bitter compliments the matcha taste. definetely will buy bigger size.

I just adjust the measurement of sugar 15ml n freshmilk 110ml, so far everything nice maybe i might try all the flavour i guess hihi

As someone who LOVES very bitter matcha. It's very delicious. For me Ajisai taste very grassy, a little nutty and VERY bitter. I would suggest put more sugar than recommended if you like it sweet. I made Iced latte.
Product quality：Nice packaging, has recipes, very good quality matcha.
