⏩ Premium Korean BBQ grill pan with a curved design to collect fat in the middle. It helps the meat become a delicious golden brown, rather than soaking in fat or boiling in the marinade. Cook vegetables, mushrooms, garlic, or kimchi in the middle with the flavorful fat or marinade from the meat.
⏩ Perfect for table cooking indoors or outdoors. Can double as a pan for stir-frying and braising. Great for grilling any meat such as steak, bacon, galbi (short ribs), samkyeopsal (pork belly). Excellent for paella, fried rice, budae jjiage, tteokbokki, hot pot, shabu shabu, ramen, and stir-fry.
⏩ When using a ceramic or induction cooktop, do not slide the cookware as this could damage the surface. Always lift the cookware when moving.
⏩ Compatible with induction cooktops, gas stoves, ceramic cooktops, electric coils, and ovens. NOT suitable to use with microwave or dishwasher.
⏩ Up to 30% lighter in weight without compromising functionality. No seasoning is required.
⏩ Easy to clean. Releases food easily and protects the cookware from acidic foods and rusting. Does not taint food with metal flavor.
