An exfoliating toner that visibly tightens pores, clarifies, purifies the skin,with properties to help minimize the appearance of pores, revitalize, and control oil without over-stripping the skin. Formulated with AHA and BHA that can exfoliate the skin from the inside and the surface of the skin. Contains PHA to support the exfoliating job and also locks in skin hydration and disguises fine lines. Completed with Willow Bark that can help soothe irritated skin and act as an anti-inflammatory.

HOW TO USE :
After Cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of H-llow Clarifying Toner to a cotton pad. Spread evenly over the face and neck, letting it absorb completely before applying another skin care product, preferably a hydrating skincare product. t of your skincare routine. Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than twice per week.
