Fake nest is used to facilitate swiftlets to build nest on the flat part of nesting plank. Is it effective? Yes, it may help to improve the speed of swiftlets to construct nest as the swiftlets are prone to construct at the place that is easier for them to stay on compared to those flat planks.
- There are some farmers apply some aerosol type aroma such as H3N1 on the fake nest to induce nest construction.
- The fake nest is made by food grade quality materials that is safe to both human & swiftlets.
- The packaging is 10 pcs/packet
- There are 2 shapes, full cup and half cup that are equally good for the said purpose.
- You may use stapler gun to staple the fake nest on the plank for easier relocation in future.

We highly recommend this kind of soft fake nest from our experience as it is food grade material and easier for relocation and reuse the fake nest on different locations on plank. As we may remove the fake nest after the nest is stable after several times of construction.
