*Main Features:
-Water-based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer.
-These dispersion acrylic sealants are far more superior if compared to other caulking compound, such as butyl mastics, oil-based mastics etc.
-Permanently flexible.
-One part no mixing.
*Benefits:
-Environmental friendly and easy to clean.
-Excellent gunnability.
-Good adhesion to wood, concrete and marble.
*Uses:
-Suitable for cargo container and cabin.
-General glazing; wood, concrete, marble etc.
-DIY application; gutters, joints around doors and windows, skylights, air-conditioning.
-Energy save application; to seal air draft around air conditioner.
*Not Recommended For:
-Outdoors if it is likely to be rained upon within 2 hours of application.
-Not for;
i) use in areas of constant water immersion.
ii) joint movement more than 10%.
*Curing Time:
Approx. 10 minutes and will cure to a depth of 10mm in 7 – 14 days. Longer curing time may be necessary in cold and high humidity area.

-Shore A Hardness : 30 Approx.
-Solid Contents : 85 ± 3%
