•- OSTEOARTHRITIS: Apply to painful joints thrice daily.
•- MUSCLE ACHES, PAINS, TWITCHES AND CRAMPS: Massage over affected areas.
•- PERIOD PAIN: Apply over abdomen.
•- SLEEP: Apply over belly, lower back and calves before you go to bed.
•- COMPRESS: Apply to area of concern (e.g., knee, shoulder, arm) and cover with a hot towel/cloth. Leave on for a minimum of 15 minutes before removing and wiping or rinsing off.
•- ORAL HEALTH: 2-3x a week, you can squeeze a small amount onto your toothbrush, along with your regular toothpaste and brush as per normal. The salty flavour may take getting used to.
•- ACNE and PIMPLES: Use for spot applications. Or on the whole face as a “mask” which can be rinsed off after 15-20 minutes.
