⭕Maximum 2 bicycles in 1 order for "Tidak Pasang and 1 bicycle in 1 order for "Pasang Siap".

⭕All "Pasang Siap" bicycles are 100% ready-to-ride.

⭕If you wish to buy "Tidak Pasang" bicycle, you will be needed AIR PUMP, ALLEN KEY, and SPANNER to install the bicycle completely.

⭕MANUALS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Please contact us if there are any problem during installation. Can also watch videos on YouTube because all bicycle installation are almost the same.

⭕IF YOU FIND THE BICYCLE WHEELS WOBBLING and OUT-OF-TRUE (Roda Gelong), you have to take your bicycle to the nearest bicycle shop for wheels truing and tuning. All new bicycle needs to do this tuning if they wobble. Usually not because of BENT RIM. You can also watch videos on how to wheel truing on YouTube.

⭕Please contact us immediately if your order is received in severe damage or is lost. Send us the photo of the damage as well as the waybill and WE WILL BE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE. If you have rated us then only contact us for replacement, you will not be entertained.

⭕Orders will be posted out in 1-2 days after payment is made before 5PM.

⭕Off day on Sundays and public holidays. No delivery on those days.

⭕Self pick-up at our store and Cash On Delivery (COD) around Sungai Petani is available.

Lebih baik satu basikal dalam satu order, kalau banyak basikal dalam satu order senang rosak

Untuk basikal kotak perlu pasang sendiri, kalau nak basikal pasang siap order PASANG SIAP

Jika parcel yang diterima terdapat kerosakkan yang berlaku semasa penghantaran (tanggungjawab courier) / atau didapati rosak dari dalam kotak (tanggungjawab kilang), jangan risau kami akan buat free replacement bagi anda. Anda hanya perlu membayar kos penghantaran sekitar RM5 sahaja. Jika kerosakkan adalah dari pihak kedai, kami akan buat replacement dengan penghantaran 100% percuma
