C) Common question from Customer: why the mould is leaking ? Mengapa loyang bocor?

 

Answer: This is common for HANDMADE mould ya, for beginner, we suggest customer to put on the baking paper on top then only pour in the mixture. Sebab ni adalah loyang handmade bukan loyang mesin , sila letak kertas baking / kertas parchment kat atas loyang dulu , lepas tu baru tuang adunan kat dalam loyang.

We not recommend using handmade mould for making watery mixture product such as agar-agar, jelly, pudding...

Not recommend for steam bath / steam bake / water bath / bain-marie method.
