Received and tried. The balm is good but I think you need to improve your packaging of the balm. Once pushed up, how to push down again? Have to do manual? And going messy around the top area. Maybe I'll upload a pic of it. There is no turning up n down function

How to care?
Keep below 25 Celsius. Avoid high/low temperature and direct sunlight
How to use?
Apply thick layer (yes, generously) in circular motions from one side to the other for both upper and lower lips (i.e. 5-6 mini circles) throughout the day.
This is eco-friendly degradable paper tube. So how to use it?
1. Push up the product from the bottom, place a finger into the bottom the tube when applying.
2. Tap the tube on a hard surface (eg. a table or cabinet) for the products to fall back in if overpushed. It is fine to leave the product out by 1-2mm when closing the cap. No need to tap it back every time.
