How to use it?

🔴Application: Hot

🔹Microwave:

Less than 30seconds

(If the gel pack is the room temperature)

Less than 1 minute

(If the gel pack from frozen)

Check that temperature If not enough please continue for less than 10 seconds per time each until the suitable temperature. Do not directly put one time over 30 seconds.

🔸Time is based on A600W Microwave

Adjust heating times accordingly to suitable

Power of your microwave.

🔹Hot Water:

Put in the boiling water for around 4-10mins. Do not directly put it on top of the stove ya😉

After 4mins, Check every 1 minute whether suitable temperature for you.

Check that temperature If not enough please continue 1 minute per time each.

🔴Application: Cold

Stored in a freezer for at least 1 hour or longer. If not enough cold can be longer again or continue to the correct temperature. The gel pack can’t freeze like a stone, it will be like a smoothie and suitable for applying to our body. If it’s too hard or thick, it cannot be used properly.
