Maklubah Preparation (Lamb/Chicken)
1. Fry the garlic, onions and carrot over a msdium heat until turned golden.
2. Mix the lamb/chicken with Hadramawt for the maklubah for 1 kilogram of meat, add 1 Tablespoon of the spices. Fry the mixture for 3-5 minutes.
3. Pour the approprite amount of water into the rice and add salt as needed.
4. Once the lamb/chicken is cooked, place the rice into the pot of cooked lamb/chicken. Mix the well for 1-2 minutes.
5. Then cover if for 15 minutes on low heat.
