I was sceptical buying this product. I was thinking it was a marketing gimmick. But i was constantly struggling to establish breastfeeding for my baby. This product was my last resolt. Surprising it works. My 1-2 oz has increase to 3-4oz per time. Happy me.

Susu drop after hbis pantang.. try this booster.. thank good it increases the milk supply.. overall i am able to get abt 25-30ounz per day.. sedapp i like the matcha hvnt tried chocolate..

•Almonds: Good non-dairy source of calcium to supplement a breastfeeding mama’s calcium intake, which is 1,000 mg of calcium daily. Almonds are also good for the skin, giving it a more youthful appearance, and can protect you from heart disease.

•Soya beans: Soy happens to be one of the most protein-rich plant foods, thus helping lactating mamas to meet their macronutrient needs. Soya beans also have phytoestrogens, which when consumed regularly, have been linked to a decreased risk of breast cancer. In fact, one study has found that women averaging one cup of soy milk daily have a 30% lower risk of developing breast cancer compared with women who eat little or no soy.

•Katuk leaf: Also known as star gooseberry, our special ingredient is an Indonesian best-kept herbal secret. Katuk leaf extracts can increase the mother's milk production up to 50.47%! Fenugreek: Multiple studies have shown that the consumption of fenugreek significantly increases the amount of breast milk produced.

•Date extract: Eating dates has been touted to help the body produce more prolactin, which is a hormone that signals a woman’s body to produce more milk.

•DHA: DHA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid. “Essential” means that your body can’t produce it, so you must consume it through your diet and/or supplements.
