1. Warranty - Warranty duration will be specified under Product Specification. No warranty if it is not specified

4. Shipping - We strive to ship out all orders before next working day. It may take longer especially on Shopping Day like 11.11
5. Invoice - Buyer can download invoice in Tiktok App, please chat with us if you do not know how. Strictly no exaggerated amount invoice.
6. Customer Support - Customer service is available from 9am to 10pm every day including Sunday.
