Return Policy

- If buyers wish to return the product, please return the product in FULL and ORIGINAL state. Meaning NO modification can be made to the product before returning it.

- Shipping fee will be bear by both side. (You return the product, you pay the shipping fee; We replace the product, we pay the shipping fee.)

- Any returned product found to have missing items, or modified. The refund will be revoked and the item will be send back to the buyer.

 

Warranty Policy

- 3 - 6 month warranty only valid in Malaysia (depends on what items)

- To claim warranty: Item need to send back to us and repaired item will be send back to customer (note: customer will bare all the shipping fee)
