Masukkan kimchi ke dalam bekas bersih, pastikan bekas sentiasa tertutup rapat dan kimchi terendam didalam air kimchi. Simpan didalam peti. Guna sudu bersih setiap kali nak makan. InshaAllah tahan sehingga 6 bulan.
