Q: Why can't my device display properly when using the HDMI port?

A: 1) The laptop must support the video transmission function (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), in order to use this docking station to convert video images.

Q: Why can't my device get 4K@60hz from the HDMI slot?

A: The 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4 and above. You can reference compatible devices above which Devices UGREEN have tested. For more, Please confirm with us.

Q: What can I do if I can't get the ethernet port to work?

A: 1) Please install the driver first.

2) For Mac device, add this adapter in the Network setting page. Go to "System Preferences"-->"Network"--> "+" -->Select the network card with the corresponding name (AX88179USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet)---> "Create"

Q: Why can't my device use the PD interface?

A: 1) The USB-C interface of the device must support PD charging function.

2) In order to avoid the identification problem of the PD protocol, we suggest using the original charger of the notebook to charge.

Q: Does this multiport hub get hot?
