Radiant Siam Black Rice is organically grown, gluten-free, and rich in fiber, minerals, and vitamins. It has low in sodium, and free of fat and cholesterol. Once cooked, the rice becomes deep dark purple with a nutty flavor and a whole grain texture. Great for rice dishes, porridge, salad, soups, and puddings. Use 1.5 cups water to 1 cup rice.
