Product description

5.Nanoscale optical adhesives are fully adsorbed
1. Use a foil cleaning kit to wipe the phone to be clean.
2 .Place sticker over hole in handset. Stick key hole with a label.
3 .Place custom glue drops on flat,clean and dust-free glass screens.Use each glue to use.It is recommended that glue be poured completely.The excess glue can be wiped clean before turning on lights.The glue can only be a mass and cannot separated.Drops on screen.
4 .The Glue that drops on screen cant have air bubbles if there is air bubble use needle pierce air bubble let go air.
5 .Remove release film from protective film and place glass over phone so that glass contacts with glued surface.Gently translate glass so it's in suitable position.Do not lift up or separate from glued surface(very important)
6 .Wait about thirty seconds for spread of adhesive
7.There is overflow wipe off with soft cloth
After checking retention criteria for mobile phones tempered film lamp turned back&forth three times around edge of phone&after three seconds initial curing(not middle)edgeglue was wiped again until overflow.(prevent white edges or long bubbleson edges)
8.Wait for exhaust completion after which excess & positioning standard temperedfilm satisfied turn lighton.Otherwise scrapped material.
9.Irradiate mobile under UV light.Need illumination twice for sixty secsto reach fully-cured position.
