•Can I fill the Bottled Joy water bottle with hot drink? For Bottled Joy PETG Model , Heat resistant is up to 60°C For Bottled Joy TRITAN Model, Heat resistant is up to 100°C
•Can I put the Bottled Joy water bottle in freezer? Not recommended. When the liquid reaches the maximum freezing point, the liquid will tend to contract & transform into solid term. If the water bottle is left in the freezer for some time, the water bottle might deform or even crack.
•How do I wash the Bottled Joy water bottle for the first time & every time? Fill the bottle with soapy water & clean it with a soft brush. Rinse with water & drain it downwards. Repeat the cleaning process a few times to ensure the bottle is fully cleaned.
•Is the Bottled Joy water bottle odour-free? Yes, it is odour-free. If you found any unusual odour after use, you can rinse the water bottle with neutral detergent or soap, drain the water bottle and allow the bottle to air dry
NOTE:
Do not use hard brush or cleansers containing bleach, chlorine or harsh chemicals. as they might cause scratches on the inner/outer wall of the product.
